Equilibrium Sydney

The Equilibrium Muslim Women’s Wellness Conference is Australia’s first national faith-based wellness event for Muslim women. Founded by educator and mindset coach Nina Fashik, it features mental health professionals, naturopaths, religious teachers and wellness advocates to help attendees align worldly goals with their faith, give meaning to life's challenges and ensure they are preparing themselves for success in their worldly life and the greater journey of the hereafter.

The conference is rooted in the Islamic concept of ihsan (excellence) and focuses on holistic self-development.
